This may be a strange sentence, but I’m a big fan of votive wraps. Not only do they add an instant burst of colour to a table setting, they’re also easy as pie to assemble. And best of all, when the party’s over and your guests have all gone home, you can simply remove them and use your candles for everyday decorating. Win!
I’m not planning to have a Halloween bash this year, but I decided to make myself some eerily themed votives anyway so that at least my mantle looks a bit festive when the big night rolls around. If you’re hosting a party on the 31st, download these pretty pink wraps and get your Halloween on!
Materials
- Printable Halloween votive wraps (see the end of this post to download)
- White A4 paper
- Scissors
- Glue or double-sided tape
- Votive holders and candles
Step 1
Download the Printable Halloween votive wrap file (at the end of this post) and print it out onto white paper.
Cut out each of the wraps with a pair of scissors.
Step 2
Fold each wrap around one of your votives and stick the ends together with glue or double-sided tape.
Aaaaand you’re done! Too easy right?
Now all that’s left to do is get these bad boys lit up and on my shelf, then it’s happy days. If you end up using these in your Halloween celebrations, take a pic, share it on Instagram and tag #makeandtell – I’d love to see your handiwork!
