Does anyone else feel that the days are getting very hectic very fast? I’m sure it isn’t just me – friends, family and colleagues have all mentioned how the pace has started to ramp up as we head towards the middle of the year.
I’ve been especially bad in letting my schedule get the better of me lately. What with the upcoming arrival of our little miss and general work busy-ness, I’ve found myself lying awake at nights not being able to sleep. Which isn’t great considering I’ve got months of sleepless nights to look forward to as a new mum – I should be getting all the sleep I can while the getting is good!
So I decided it was time I set myself a reminder to slow down and take a few deep breaths, even if only for 5 minutes each day. And that, my friends, is how this printable came about!
