It’s been an eventful fortnight. Covid cases in Sydney have skyrocketed, lockdown was extended for another 4 weeks and there were protests in the city. The army has been called in to help police lockdown. People are lonely, stressed, tired and strung out.
So a message of hope seemed fitting as we head into a new month and another month of lockdown. And although I haven’t felt much hope lately, I got my first covid shot on the weekend and suddenly I could see a light at the end of the tunnel. It was a nice feeling.
Despite how mad things seem right now, I hope there’s some sunshine on the horizon for you as we make our way through this month. Sending lots of good thoughts your way for a safe and happy August.
