Each year, as we get closer to Halloween, one of my favourite pastimes is to dream up new ways to dish out trick or treat candy. That might sound odd, but this is the only time of the year when neighbours from blocks away come knocking on my door so I like to make things special. And most of all, I love seeing the looks on their kids faces when they get handed a treat that’s more than just your average mars bar.
This year I partnered with The Reject Shop and used some of their fantastic supplies to make up these playful treat baubles for the neighbourhood kids. And they turned out so cute (if I do say so myself) that now I’m not sure I have the heart to give them away!
These little fellows are super easy to DIY, so if you’re looking for a last minute Halloween project, this will be right up your alley. Head to The Reject Shop blog for the full instructions and get stuck into all that candy goodness!
