Although we don’t celebrate thanksgiving in Australia, I still love to get in on the pie action alongside my US friends when this time of year rolls around. I think it has something to do with all the scrumptious pie pictures I keep seeing on Instagram; I just can’t say no to a good slice of rhubarb pie and a cup of tea, despite the fact that the days are getting hotter and I should probably be getting stuck into some ice cream!
