Hey hey, it’s Friday! Bring ON the weekend. Ha, evidently I’m as enthusiastic as ever about the end of the week, but for once it’s not because I’m super stressed (yay!). In fact, the last few days have been much more zen than expected simply because I managed to skip town and get away from the usual routine last Saturday. I tell you, it did wonders for my peace of mind!
I left my studio, put down my laptop and traded in my usual craft/work weekend for wine, good company and beautiful views. And I had such a blast that I couldn’t help sharing a little sneak peek from one of the vineyards we visited (I’ll write a full post on my road trip soon). Isn’t it stunning? Exposed brick, plants galore and lots of wine = a winning combo!

- ART – I’m a massive fan of Face the Foliage, so my jaw literally dropped when I saw these amazing works of art.
- EAT – Do the words ‘tropical coconut cake’ make you drool a little? If yes, you should definitely check out this beauty.
- WANTED – You guys know I’m all for DIYing my ceramics, but there are definitely times when buying is the best option – and ceramics as gorgeous as these are worth every penny. (via the Design Files)
- WEAR – Eyes, hands and face motifs are my bag right now. So I guess it’s no surprise that this swimsuit is right up my alley.
- MAKE – Argh does it get any cuter than this?
