Pitchi | A new tool for selling your products (plus printable notebook covers!)

I’ve mentioned this a few times before, but for those not in the know, I used to be a small business owner. I designed stationery in my little start-up and it was the first taste I’d had of working on something that was completely mine.

I LOVED it.

The business was driven by my thirst for design, and for a long time I lived and breathed it with a passion.

It’s not surprising then that I get a little thrill when a new and innovative tool comes along that allows entrepreneurs to share their life’s passion with their customers. And when I discovered Pitchi that little thrill turned into full blown excitement because this platform would have been my dream come true if it had been around when I was in business.

WHAT IS PITCHI?

Pitchi provides small business owners, designers and startups with a new way of selling online by allowing them to connect with new customers through video. As someone who’s run the gamut of marketing techniques (with varying levels of success), Pitchi is a welcome breath of fresh air. This new platform helps entrepreneurs not only showcase their one of a kind products, but share a little of themselves in the process. I’ve watched many of the videos on the site (I can’t help it, they’re addictive!) and in addition to crushing on all the beautiful and unique wares, I get totally captivated by the fun, quirky, and amazingly talented people behind the brands. It’s a lovely way to ‘meet the makers’ when buying online and you can buy directly from the videos. Win!

MY PITCHI FAVES

I’ve found so many cool products on Pitchi that I just had to share some of my faves with you (in no particular order). I think I can safely say I’m in danger of buying all these items… I need to win the lotto pronto!

Fyn the Fox Cushion Cover

This girl is seriously talented, that cushion cover is seriously drool worthy, and after watching her video I decided Rachel is also seriously fun.

Corn + Celeste Berber Rugs

Give me all the colours! I just adore these rugs, from their brilliant hues to the story of their origin. They’re handwoven using recycled materials, with a fascinating history to boot. What’s not to love?

Eat.Me.Do Popsicle Earrings

Jewellery should be fun and these earrings (and Lara!) take the fun factor to a whole new level. I’m definitely considering restyling my wardrobe to include a lot more colour and a whole lot more popsicles.

Inkster Maken

I can’t stop watching the making of these exquisite pendant lights. Hugh’s dedication to his craft and the reason he’s driven to hand craft each piece is inspiring.
